Belt high temperatures
ANL-T3
Description
If the temperature of the material to be transported exceeds 70 ° C, a Belt standard with conventional rubber compounds would be seriously affected, as the rate of oxidation of rubber by heat would significantly shorten the life of the Belt. In order to avoid the premature cracking and separation of the cover, the deterioration and loss of the resistance of the internal structure and the separation of the slices, the icobandas ANL-T3, made of high quality EPDM rubber mixtures, which gives it an excellent resistance to hardening, cracking and ozone within the recommended temperature range.
The icobandas ANL-T3 has excellent heat and abrasion resistance in the range of continuous service temperatures up to 180 ° C (356 ° F) for fine disassembled materials and up to 200 ° C (392 ° F) for terrones of two or more inches. Special forms available for higher temperatures.
