Uretano-Trainer Double Return
For the alignment of the return side of the cobands Conveyor. The TRU-TRAIN of return-double was developed to accommodate the excessive force that is present in the case of Belts wide and heavy. An external central pivoting mechanism was designed, avoiding the need for a single and large roller, and allowing for a concentric and balanced rotation. For obvious reasons, this increases the life of bearings and provides a very fast and effective alignment system.
Two separate conical rollers are mounted on the pivoting mechanism, which can be replaced individually as they are worn out. The same differentiated and successful features of TRU-TRAINER flat return were incorporated into the TRU-TRAIN of return-double urethane.

Principles of operation:
- The first rule is that the Belt moves to the end of the roller that touches first.
- The beauty of this patented system worldwide is its simplicity. The crown-shaped roller has a pivot in the center that rotates laterally on exactly the same plane that uses the Belt.
- As Belt starts moving out of its central axis the chaflanada edge (slightly convex shape, crown type) comes into contact. Due to the lower diameter at the edges a change of forces occurs, making the Tru- Trainer pivot forward to the same side to which the Belt, which naturally makes the next meters of Belt first contact the opposite end by focusing the Belt.
- The Tru- Trainer should be installed with its perpendicular mends at the advance of the Belt, in order to ensure that the pivot turns the roller forward and back instead of up or diagonal.
