ASGCO Impact Bed

The ASGCO impact bed (pending patent) is designed to provide protection to the cobands Conveyor against impact damage of large stones, metal fragments, tree logs (paper production) that can cause unexpected stops. The ASGCO modular impact beds help to control the leakage of materials in the loading area. The structure of this bed supports the cobands Conveyor all its width thanks to its unique design in the form of SEMI-U that eliminates any area not supported between the impact rollers or traditional impact beds, where typical damage occurs between the binding points of the rollers. The impact beds consist of a heavy work framework with removable modular sections to facilitate their installation and maintenance.
