Band magnetic separator
Description
The icobandas ANN-E-38-500 it is a band designed to hold materials packaged or bulk when the slope of the system exceeds the natural angle of sliding of the product.
Its cover features ribbing ladder of 38 mm of height, and step 500 mm, providing a higher barrier of support to help control the recoil, and keep stable the load during the ascent.
One of their featured applications is the use in magnetic separators that used conveyor belts, where the geometry and distribution of the nerves favor the handling and disposal of the material separately.
The nerves of the icobandas ANN-E-38-500 are fused into a single body with the band and there are elements attached, which favors a reliable performance and quiet during operation.
According to the process conditions, can be manufactured with rubber compounds resistant to fat, flame, acids or temperature, in accordance with the characteristics of the conveyed material.
