Return Double Tru-Trainer
Alignment for wide and heavy loads
The Double Return Tru-Trainer is designed for the alignment of the return side of the conveyor, and to withstand the high forces that are presented in wide bands and large loads.
Its mechanism of pivot central external avoids the need of using a single roll of great size and allows for a rotation concentric and balanced, contributing to the increase in the useful life of the bearings and providing a fast alignment and effective.
Two tapered roller independent-mounted on the mechanism of pivot and can be replaced individually as they wear out. The system incorporates the features of the Return Plane Tru-Trainer, adapted for applications of greater demand.

Principles of operation
- This patented system is based on a roller-shaped pulley type crown and a central pivot that rotates sideways in the same plane of the band.
- When the band starts to deviate from its central axis, enters into contact with the edge chamfering of the roller. Due to the smaller diameter at the edges, it generates a change of forces that makes the Tru-Trainer pivot toward the same side of the deviation, helping to make the following meters band to return to the center.
- The Tru-Trainer must be installed with their brackets perpendicular to the progress of the band to ensure that the pivot to move the roller back and forth, not up or diagonally.
